Frequently Asked Questions:
How soon should I book my party? As soon as possible. Our parties are booked on a first come first served basis, so the sooner you book your party, the better your selection of times will be. It is not uncommon for parties to be scheduled six to eight weeks in advance! Note: we cannot confirm your reservation until you have made your deposit.
How should I dress for a Bounceland Party? Clean socks, comfortable clothes like sweat pants or track pants and t-shirts. Leave your jewelry, watches, necklaces, etc at home. Guests, players, spectators EVERYONE must remove their shoes and wear socks.
When should I arrive for the party? Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time to review the safety rules and turn in your liability waiver forms.
What if I end up with more guests than my party package allows? For the mini party, each additional guest is $15, (up to 2 additional guests maximum due to seating capacity). For the Classic Party, each additional guest is $10, both subject to availability. Depending on the number of additional guests, you may be required to upgrade your party package in order for us to accomodate everyone.
Do I need a Liability Waiver? Yes. Our insurance company requires that all guests that are in our facility sign a liability waiver. All guests, players, spectators will be required to sign a waiver to enter the bounce arena. A waiver is attached to your invitations and we have extra available at the front desk. If you need additional waivers prior to arrival, you may download them from our website.
Can I bring in my own food? There is no outside food or drink allowed except for cake or cupcakes. For an additional charge, you may order ice cream cups, pizza, and soda in advance from us, which will be delivered to your party room.
Do we get the jump arena to ourselves? No. The jump arena is now open to the public during all party times, with the exception of the exclusive private party and Saturday afternoon parties. However, during our Saturday afternoon party times the jump arena is still shared with one other party. If you have a Classic Party, you get the private party room, and if you book a Mini Party, you share the party room with another Mini Party with a room divider down the middle of the room for some privacy.
Can I bring my own decorations and paper products? We provide plates, forks, cups and napkins free of charge, however, they are white. We have certain "themed" paper products available for an additional $1 per guest. If you would like to bring your own paper products, you may do so. There will be no credit due for bringing your own paper products. Because we have gone to great expense to decorate our party rooms, we ask that nothing be hung or taped to the walls or the ceiling. Also, no bubbles, confetti, silly string is allowed. If these items are used, you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
What type of music do you play while my party is in session? We have a wide selection of age appropriate music and our sound system is awesome. You are free to bring your own music CDs provided the content is non-offensive or vulgar in any way.
Can we eat before we play? No. Schedules are set up so that the first 60 minutes is play and then the last 45 minutes is spent in the party room.
Can the adults bring alcohol and cigarettes? No. This is an alcohol and smoke free environment.
When do you need my final headcount? The only reason we need your final guest total is if you have ordered party add ons, or will have extra guests attending. Depending on the number of extra guests, you may be required to upgrade your party package in order to accomodate for the extra guests. If you are ordering add ons, please be sure to call us at least 24 hours before your party.
